Book Risk education part 2

You are required to complete Risk Education Part 2 because it is now mandatory to obtain a driver's license.
The course is designed to teach you how to anticipate and handle risky situations in traffic.
It increases your understanding of safety margins, speed, and external conditions such as road surfaces and weather.
During Risk Education Part 2, you will also have the opportunity to experience and assess your own and the vehicle's ability to manage driving in high-risk situations.

We also recommend that you are near the end of your driver training.
This will help you get the most out of the course.
You must, for example, be able to drive independently, perform hard accelerations, and brake at high speeds.

Yes, you can take Risk Education Part 2 without having an approved driving permit from the Swedish Transport Agency.
Since a driving permit is required to start practicing driving, most people already have a permit when they take Risk Education Part 2 — but it is not a requirement.

Risk Education Part 2 is valid until the day you obtain your driver’s license or for a maximum of five years.

If your driver’s license is revoked, for example during the probation period, you must retake both Risk Education Part 1 and Part 2 — even if it has been less than five years since you first completed them.

Please note that the education for cars does not apply to motorcycles.

Yes, it is possible to fail Risk Education Part 2.
For example, if you are unable to maneuver the car independently, you may be failed because you will not be able to participate in the practical part of the course.

If the instructor feels that your driving skills are too poor to benefit from the course in a satisfactory way, you may be failed.
This would mean that you need to retake the entire course.
However, this is very rare.
It is important to emphasize that Risk Education Part 2 is a training session, not a test.
However, to be approved, you must have sufficient knowledge and skills to participate properly in all parts of the course.
Generally, it is recommended that you book Risk Education Part 2 when you are ready to book your driving test.

Two basic things are important to pass Risk Education Part 1.
First, you must be able to verify your identity with a valid ID document.
Second, you must actively participate in the risk education by sharing your reflections.
We also expect you to express your opinions during the various evaluation exercises we go through during the course.

As long as you meet all the requirements, we will report your approval to the Swedish Transport Agency.
You do not need to contact any authority yourself — we will handle it for you.

We do not offer a right of withdrawal when purchasing education or driving lessons.
However, you can cancel a risk education booking, and you have 12 months to reschedule it either for yourself or someone else.

Cancellations must be made via  mina sidor  by logging in to our website, or by calling us at 031-375 80 10 during our opening hours.

Cancellations must be made no later than exactly 7 days (according to the Swedish calendar) before the course start.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full course fee will be charged.

Rescheduling driving lessons:

When canceling a driving lesson, your balance will be credited with a discount code that you can use to book a new time.

You must attend the entire course to be approved.
If you arrive late or miss your appointment without having canceled it, the course fee will be forfeited, and you will need to pay again when booking a new time.
